Awakening

まだ闇がつつむ朝に飛び出して
まだ誰も起きだしてない街を
独り占めする
カレル橋に向かって歩きながら
黒から紺に
紺から青に
青から紫に
変わりゆく空に足を速める
橋にさしかかると
太陽が顔を出し始めていた
昇る朝日を眺めながら
目覚める街におはようと声をかける
黄金の光が大地を撫でれば
世界が始まる
命が始まる

I jumped out to the dark morning
And enjoyed the town all to myself
As the people are still sound asleep
As I walked to Charles Bridge
I saw the sky change
Black to Navy
Navy to Blue
Blue to Purple
I rushed myself ahead
As I approached the bridge
The sun was slowly rising from behind the city
I watched it rise and said good morning to the town
When the golden sun touches the earth
The world awakes
Life unfolds
